EVENT PLANNING

These services are designed to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and according to your plans. Our full attention at the wedding, ensuring you are focused on nothing but the celebration. Begins six weeks prior to the wedding date" is a key aspect of the Event Management service offered by Lush Events Partial Planning Package. Here's a summary of what each service entails:

• ➢ Half an hour to One-hour meetings six weeks before the wedding: These calls allow for important discussions and planning to ensure all details are in order before the wedding.
• ➢Produce a comprehensive and complete timeline of the wedding day: We will create a detailed schedule for the entire wedding day, specifying when each event and activity should occur.
• ➢ The wedding day proceeds according to the agreed-upon timeline and schedule.
• ➢ Communicate with vendors to verify that all necessary details are in place and that everyone is aware of their responsibilities.
• ➢ Oversee checklists and timelines to make sure everything goes smoothly throughout the wedding day.
• ➢ We will work with members of the wedding party responsible for gifts and personal items to ensure everything is in its place when needed.
• ➢ Be present at the wedding venue to manage and oversee all aspects of the events, including setup and execution.
• ➢ Arranging and placing accessories such as programs, guest books, table numbers, and name cards at the designated spots.
• ➢ Ensure that each part of the wedding day flows smoothly into the next, avoiding any disruptions.
• ➢ The team will help ensure that all the photos listed for various groups are captured.
• ➢ Ensure that all selected vendors are properly coordinated for the setup and teardown of equipment and decorations.
• ➢ Collaborate with all vendors and the venue to align with the wedding day timeline.
• ➢ Share the final wedding day timeline will be shared with all vendors a week before the wedding to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• ➢ Collaborate with the on-site coordinator and staff to make sure that the venue arrangements are in accordance with the wedding plans.
• ➢ Coordinate with the Band or DJ to ensure that key moments during the reception occur at the right times and go smoothly.

These services collectively ensure that your wedding day is well-organized, runs on schedule, and that you can focus on enjoying your special day while Lush Events takes care of the logistical details.

Al Carte Package

• Pre-event planning of any additional events if needed.
• Booking of any additional events if needed.
• Assistance with transportation needs for family, groom's or bride's family and/or guest arrival.
• Taking care of stationary needs (escort boards, cards, food menus, ceremony programs, and etc.) and welcome bags. Designing and Printing as needed.
• Styling and Fashion Partner
• Running errands/shopping/pick up and drop off of wedding items few days prior to the event or post event with an additional staff.
• Rehearsal dinner
• Assistance with ceremony or reception entrance a day or two prior

Hi, I’m Shri! My love of all things wedding-related began in my early college days, when I couldn’t get enough of shows like “Say Yes to the Dress” 👰🏽⁣⁣ and when I binged watched David Tutera's "My Fair Wedding" on Netflix! ⁣ But the true inspiration for Lush Events came when my husband and I began to plan our own wedding.⁣ ⁣ Frustrated with vendors that just couldn’t understand our vision, Sai and I decided to take matters into our own hands.⁣ ⁣ Together, we planned every little detail to create an incredible wedding that our guests still talk about to this day!⁣⁣ ⁣

Hi, I'm Sailen! I saw a local DJ come to my cousins wedding reception and was impressed with what I saw and wanted to do the same. I used to live in my cousins basement and somebody had to play the music at all the parties he was throwing. ;) Entertaining the crowd was fun and I was always interested in anything that was music. If I'm not at events I'm either at sporting events, clubs and bars watching other perform or watching a local band perform live. Above all things, I love weddings. I love seeing and hearing the joy in people as they celebrate such a happy day.
